I don’t wash my hands and dishes anymore after breeding cutlets, I know a little trick

I really like to cook, but even for me this process is sometimes unpleasant if, after some manipulations, you have to wash the kitchen and dishes for a long time. Therefore, I try to simplify my life and cooking as much as possible, using simple culinary techniques and secrets that make it easier to work in the kitchen.

Many dishes are fried, after pre-breading them in breadcrumbs or flour: these are fish, and meat, and meatballs, and vegetables. I used to pour the mixture into a bowl and distribute it by product. Then it took a long time to wash the bowl, especially from flour, and the whole kitchen. The breading spreads over the entire surface of the table, sticks to the dishes, you have to wash your hands after each "casting" into the pan. And it turns out uneconomical - in the bowl there is always a lot of mixture and it is a pity to throw it away. And with all this, you need to achieve a uniform and thin layer on the semi-finished products.

But I managed to solve this problem. Recently, I have breadcrumbs in a plastic bag. I like everything in this method: the consumption of crackers is very economical, neither hands, dishes, nor surfaces get dirty, the mixture does not scatter and does not fall to the floor, the products are covered thinly and evenly, and after use the package is simply thrown away.

This method is suitable for any breading, whether it is flour with salt and pepper or ground crackers. Pour the right amount into a dense plastic bag, put food there per one frying pan, twist and shake gently. Make sure that nothing sticks together and is evenly covered with a mixture. Repeat the whole process with the next batch of products.

If you fry cutlets or other minced meat dishes, then you need to roll them one at a time.

The “batch" method of breading is especially convenient when products are pre-dipped in ice cream (a liquid mixture of eggs, milk or water) or eggs. So the lion's share of crackers, sticking to the fingers in huge pieces, does not appear on the hands. And the layer on the semi-finished product in this case is perfectly even and exactly the thickness that is needed. Foods when frying are smooth, beautiful and without bald spots.

Now I'm brewing the only way in the package. I don’t use a bowl for this anymore. Thanks to this method, I liked to cook breadcrumbs. Try it, I think, and you will like this method.
