Required Products:

  • 1 tbsp. l sour cream;
  • 150 g butter;
  • 50 g of dark chocolate;
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder;

  • a pinch of salt.

Step-by-step cooking process:

  1. The butter is beaten with sugar, sour cream and cocoa powder. Stir until smooth.
  2. Chocolate is heated in the microwave, slightly cooled and gradually added to the dough.
  3. Beat the dough with a mixer, pour the egg, pour a pinch of salt and vanillin.
  4. The flour is mixed with baking powder, sieved through a sieve and added to the dough. Knead the product thoroughly until smooth. Cover with foil and send to the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  5. Then they roll small balls, lightly press them with their hands and spread them on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C.

Before serving, the cookies are lightly sprinkled with icing sugar so that the marble pattern appears more clearly.

Christmas cookies "Trdlo"

Cookies with this unusual name are traditionally prepared for Christmas in the Czech Republic. But this original treat can be done independently.

For this we need:

  • 500 g flour;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 70 g of butter;
  • 150 ml of milk;
  • 1 tsp dry yeast;
  • 1 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • 1 tsp salt.

Separately, a sprinkle is prepared from a glass of walnuts, a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 5 tbsp. l Sahara.

We start to cook:

  1. The yolks are separated from the proteins. In a stewpan, they heat the butter, cool it slightly, add the yolks and mix thoroughly. Pour milk and mix again.
  2. Flour is mixed with sugar, yeast and salt. Poured into the egg-milk mixture and thoroughly knead the dough. If it turns out too thick, add milk.
  3. The dough is rolled into a ball, covered with a film and put in a warm place.
  4. Walnuts are chopped with a knife, mixed with sugar and cinnamon.
  5. The dough is rolled out with a layer of a thickness of not more than 3 mm and cut into centimeter strips. The length can be any.
  6. Trdlo has the shape of a hollow tube, so the sliced ​​dough should be wound on special metal tubes. They can be replaced with a sleeve from paper towels wrapped in foil. Strips of dough are wound with an overlap, greased with protein and sprinkled with a nut mixture.
  7. The tubes are placed in a mold by weight and baked for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

The cooled cookies are served hollow. But, if desired, the inside of the tubes can be filled with your favorite cream.

Gingerbread Cookie

Gingerbread cookie is a traditional Christmas treat. There are a lot of recipes for such a treat, but you can use the classic version.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of flour;
  • 2 tsp ground ginger;
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon;
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper;
  • 5 g of baking powder;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara.

For decoration use glaze. It is prepared from 1 protein and half a glass of powdered sugar.

Step-by-step cooking process:

  1. Grind sugar with eggs and soft butter. The dry ingredients — flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger and pepper — are mixed separately.

  2. Kefir is combined with soda and sugar, mixed until the granules dissolve and poured onto the dry ingredients. At this stage, you can add grated apple to the test.
  3. Knead the dough, form a ball, and then divide it into 4 parts.
  4. The first part is rolled into a thin layer, greased with butter and sprinkled with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Then they roll the dough into a roll and repeat the procedure with the remaining workpieces.
  5. Rolls are kept in the refrigerator for half an hour, cut into slices and baked on parchment for 20 minutes.
