Swedish herring salad

  2. All ingredients are mixed in a large plate, salted and pepper to taste.
  3. For dressing, sour cream is mixed with honey and lemon juice. Thoroughly mix and season the salad.

Served with sprigs of fresh dill. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.

Smoked Chicken Breast Salad

Smoked chicken is tasty in itself, but if you use it as the main ingredient in a salad, you can get a gourmet dish that guests will surely appreciate.

Essential Ingredients:

  • 1 smoked chicken;
  • 3 tomatoes;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 3 processed cheese;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • dressing mayonnaise;
  • fresh herbs for decoration.

We start to cook:

  1. Hard-boiled eggs cool.
  2. Chicken and tomatoes are cut in a medium cube.
  3. Cream cheese and cooled eggs are rubbed on a coarse grater and mixed with garlic crushed in a press.
  4. Lay the salad in layers: first chicken, then cheese and egg mixture, and then tomatoes. Each ingredient is lightly greased with mayonnaise.

The salad is served cold and decorated with sprigs of fresh dill or parsley.

Salad with honey mushrooms

Salads with pickled forest mushrooms are always delicious. The advantage of this recipe is that the treat is prepared in just a few minutes, and guests will be delighted with its taste.

Required Products:

  • 1 can of pickled mushrooms;
  • 300 g of ham;
  • 3 boiled potatoes;
  • 3 boiled eggs;
  • 1 bunch of green onions;
  • dressing mayonnaise;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Step by step cooking:

  1. Chives chopped finely; ham and potatoes are cut into cubes, eggs are chopped with a knife or on a grater. Mushrooms are left intact.
  2. The salad is laid in layers in a deep bowl: first honey mushrooms, then onions, ham, potatoes and eggs. Each layer is greased with mayonnaise.
  3. The dish is left in the refrigerator for the night, and when served, it is turned on a flat plate.

You can decorate the treat with fresh herbs and pickled mushrooms.

Chinese cabbage and corn salad

Beijing cabbage can be bought at any supermarket. Despite the fact that it has a neutral taste, it makes very tasty and light salads. Some of them are great for the Christmas table.

Salad Ingredients:

  • 500 g of Beijing cabbage;
  • 200 g of crab sticks;
  • 1 fresh cucumber;
  • 0.5 pc sweet pepper;
  • 3 boiled eggs;
  • half a can of corn;
  • a small bunch of greens - dill or parsley.

For refueling:

  • 2 tbsp. l sour cream;
  • 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking does not take much time:

  1. Cabbage is finely chopped; pepper and cucumber are cut into pieces of arbitrary size; crab sticks are cut into a large cube, the eggs are rubbed on a grater.
  2. All ingredients are placed in a deep bowl, add corn and finely chopped greens.All components are mixed.
  3. For dressing, sour cream is mixed with mayonnaise, seasoned with garlic and ground pepper.

Dress salad just before serving. If necessary, salt and garnish with sprigs of fresh herbs.

Tenderness Salad with Pineapples

The combination of chicken with pineapple is considered a classic, but if you add some ingredients to the dish, you can get a completely new treat with an exquisite taste.

For salad you need:

  • 200 g chicken;
  • 200 g of hard cheese;
  • 200 g canned pineapple;
  • 200 g of pickled mushrooms;
  • 50 g of walnuts;
  • 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Boil the chicken fillet and cut into cubes, cut the mushrooms into thin slices, grate the cheese, chop the pineapples into a cube.
  2. The dish is laid in layers in a transparent salad bowl. First, put the mushrooms, then half the grated cheese and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts, then a layer of pineapples and again mayonnaise. The last to lay the chicken. She is also greased with mayonnaise and salted. Top all sprinkled with the remaining cheese.
  3. The finished dish is covered with cling film and left in the refrigerator overnight.

Served on the table in the same salad bowl, garnished with pineapple slices and fresh herbs.
