A neighbor asked for salt, and since then I forgot about the problem of burning food

A long time ago, about 5 years ago, probably, my husband and I went to a hardware store - to buy dishes in a new apartment, otherwise the old one got frayed. We went around, picked out all kinds of plates, colanders, pans, and here we see - there is a cast-iron frying pan. New, beautiful. We did not even pay attention to the impressive price tag.

The sales assistant immediately ran up to us, seeing that my attention was riveted on this piece of kitchen art. He began to praise in all possible ways: now, they say, she fries well, and will serve even your grandchildren, and the special discount on it is valid. Naturally, he did not say a word about the cons of the product.

But it would be worth it. As soon as I began to actively use it, the main nuance opened: food on a cast-iron skillet burns very strongly. I wanted to take her to the store, but they told me that "the goods are not refundable." I was desperate.

Cutlets burned and looked like handfuls of coal. When trying to fry, for example, fried eggs, then it was necessary to peel it from the pan 20-30 minutes. To ordinary dishwashing was added an “adventure” called “cleaning the soot.”

The husband was always dissatisfied with burnt dishes, groaned and complained: “Did you burn dinner again? Mom didn’t teach you to cook at all? ” It was a shame. Quarrels constantly occurred on this basis, but I understood my beloved: he came from the shift, tired and hungry, and could not even have a normal dinner. It even began to seem to me that failure in cooking was only my fault. I was broken and did not know what to do.

Once, as usual, I cooked my husband’s favorite dish - chicken Kiev. Suddenly a doorbell rang. A neighbor Lyuda came and asked to give her some salt, to fry the fish in the evening. I went to look for salt in the kitchen. The search dragged on, and we decided to drink some tea.

During the conversation, I complained that I could not cope with anything, I was tired. The neighbor showed sympathy: "Is the husband insulting?"

I admitted: “What are you, he would never. The pan got me: it’s always burning, I’ve washed the dishes for a long time, I’ve tried everything, all the methods - from books, and from the Internet, but still! ”

Luda laughed: “Oh you, I thought something serious! So, you say nothing helped? Then listen to me. My grandmother ten years ago told me how to cope with such misfortune: it will not burn, and stick, and you can wash in one motion! Take a piece of paper, take a pen and write it down soon! ”

And I wrote down. After that, the adversities in the kitchen left my life. Everything was completely removed! Cutlets have become delicious, not burnt, they now look as appetizing as possible, and my husband was pleased with my cooking. The method is just magical! Record and remember:

We will need salt, paper napkins and sunflower oil.

  • We put the frying pan on the fire and pour the finely ground salt. Distribute over the entire area of the pan with a layer of 1 centimeter. About half an hour we calcine on fire.
  • After calcination, let the pan cool, then pour the salt, removing the remaining paper towel.
  • Pour some sunflower oil and distribute over the entire bottom of the pan with a napkin.
  • After some of the oil has been absorbed, you need to remove the residues and roll our kitchen utensil again.

All! These 4 simple steps will save you the hassle of burning and sticking. The main thing is not to use strong detergents and hard sponges, but to remove residues with napkins.

My friends, having learned about this miraculous method, now do not get tired of thanking me. It turns out that everything was simple. And how effective and efficient! Believe me, if you try this, then your life will become much easier!
