Tufted material, which is produced using special weaving techniques, allows air to pass through and promotes proper heat transfer during the operation of the underfloor heating system.
The only condition is either a complete rejection of the substrate, or the use of materials that allow air to pass through and allow free movement of thermal energy.
Laying a carpet on a warm floor is possible provided that a suitable type of coating is used. This option has its advantages: in the warm season, when the system is turned off, the carpet provides comfort and coziness, cutting off the cold draft floor. It will be necessary to establish the optimal heating mode, the coating will have to be taken care of, cleaned of dust. The cost of heating will increase slightly, since a correctly selected coating is capable of transmitting thermal energy in sufficient quantities.
