Hence the question: will it be logical to replace wooden floors with a concrete screed, on which a laminate board coating will then be laid? Or it would be more reasonable to cover the existing wooden floor with plywood, on top of which the laminate will be laid. - Fix defective floorboards with self-tapping screws.
- Lay waterproof plywood.
- Lay the substrate under the laminate.
- Apply laminate flooring.

If nevertheless there is no point in repairing, then we remove the boards. Most likely, under them you will find construction debris - it was he who in the old days served as a sound insulator. But underneath it should be made concrete screed, most likely in a far from ideal condition. In this case, the procedure for further actions is as follows:
- The concrete base is thoroughly cleaned of any debris, for the purpose of disinfection (due to the decay of the building) it is processed, for example, with bleach.
- The surface is primed.
- A layer of waterproofing is laid (which you will find in the store).
- Self-leveling screed is poured.
- The finish coating is laid.
