However, first of all, it is necessary to understand what requirements you make on a wooden floor, what loads it will have to withstand.
As you rightly noticed, there are two types of flooring on the ground:

It is the first option that is usually used in commercial premises, in non-residential buildings, as well as in residential buildings located in those climatic zones where winters are warm.
The second option is universal, it can be laid under any conditions. And most often, this technology is used when installing wooden floors in residential buildings.
In your case, both options are possible. But if we talk about financial costs, it is naturally more expedient to perform a monolithic floor on the ground. Here are some of the technological highlights of his device:

- a layer of oily clay or two layers of roofing material is laid;
- a layer of gravel or crushed stone is laid;
- to avoid capillary penetration of water, gravel or gravel is impregnated with bitumen;
