Tore off the floor in the house - in some places the wooden flooring is very rotten. Under the boards, the concrete base is all in cracks and potholes. For good, it would be necessary to remove everything and make a new one, but there is no time for this (urgently need to move from rented housing), or extra money. The rooms need to be put in order - for the top floor I have good boards. I ask you for advice: how to fix a concrete base?
